User Eligibility

Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit of RM30 and minimum withdrawal of RM50 for all payment methods. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is verified by the finance team.
Bonus Terms

Account Security

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the gcup7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced within, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by gcup7, including but not limited to online slots, live casino, sportsbook, online poker, and all other betting activities on this platform.

2. Account Eligibility

3. Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at gcup7 at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed.
When registering, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including:
- Full name as shown on your Identity Card (MyKad) or valid identification document.
- Exact date of birth for age verification.
- An active and reachable email address.
- A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
- Bank account or e-wallet details linked in your own name.
gcup7 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the stipulated period may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login details. gcup7 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a user's account.
4. Deposits and Payment Methods
gcup7 supports a range of deposit methods suited to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).
The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. No maximum deposit limit is stated, however transactions exceeding certain amounts may require additional verification.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. gcup7 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised source will be blocked and investigated.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account shortly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. gcup7 is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment service provider.

5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all payment methods. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour after the request has been successfully verified by the gcup7 finance team.
The withdrawal conditions are as follows:
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet in the same user's name.
- Completed identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal is processed.
- Any bonus amount received must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.
- gcup7 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for high-value withdrawal requests.
gcup7 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, a full investigation will be carried out before any decision is made.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses, promotions and special offers provided by gcup7 are subject to the specific terms and conditions set at the time the offer is made. Those promotion-specific terms are considered part of these general Terms and Conditions.
The gcup7 Welcome Bonus offers a 150% first deposit bonus of up to RM300. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of winnings from the bonus can be made.
Verified calculation examples:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250
- Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500
gcup7 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if it is proven that a user has used betting strategies intended to manipulate the wagering requirements, or if a user has registered multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility requirements. gcup7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. Game Rules
gcup7 offers a variety of game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sportsbook, sports betting, online poker, and other games. Each game category has specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface.
In the event of a conflict between the general game rules and the specific rules of a particular game, the specific rules of that game shall take precedence.
Game results generated by the gcup7 system are final. gcup7 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. gcup7 is not responsible for technical failures beyond our control, including disruptions to the user's internet service.

8. User Conduct
gcup7 users are required to behave in a responsible, fair and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gcup7 platform:

- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Laundering illegal funds or using the gcup7 platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
- Distributing content that is offensive, threatening or harmful to other users.
gcup7 reserves the right to take immediate action against any user found to be in breach of these rules, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
gcup7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for certain reasons, including:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, deception or illegal activity.
- Failure to comply with KYC requests within the stipulated timeframe.
- Betting activity showing signs of a serious gambling problem.
- The user's own request to self-exclude from the platform.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the gcup7 support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to compliance with all terms.
10. Limitation of Liability

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions takes effect from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.
